I ordered the Kopflo Arctic Gel cooling pillow for $89.90 & the Kopflo Pillowcase for $14.90 for a total of $104.90. The pillow shown on the Kopflo website showed a very nice quality pillow with blue trim around it & the Kopflo tag on it & it was standard size. I attempted to contact them several times & finally got an e-mail reply. They said that the pillow was already on sale & will not refund my money, but they will give me 30% refund as a dissatisfied customer. If I still want to return this piece of crap pillow, then I send it to their warehouse in Australia. Then they stated that they only take returns if the item is still in the original packaging, unopened. This is not a reputable company, I believe their reviews are fake. Do NOT waste your hard-earned money.
