Was served an ad on social media for a specific product that directed to the brand site, Konah Home. Ordered two items expecting a branded product. Items received were of considerably poorer quality and questionable manufacture. Was then told sale items could not be returned. Pushed for a return to then be told I would need to be responsible for cost of return and items would need to be received at an address in China despite a listed business address in the United States.
