Koanor charges membership fee without consent

I purchased a one time purchase on their website and they automatically enrolled me into their membership, which they have been charging me 3999 a month for services that I have not been using. I was just purchased a one time bracelet which once I got the bracelet, it’s not up to quality and it has faded in colors. It’s not the real money bracelet that they are advertising. They have been charging my account for a membership fee for three months after my purchase, I have never purchased another item from this company, but I have been paying a membership fee. They automatically have that membership fee checked when you check out so if you don’t pay attention and uncheck the box, then you’re gonna be paying every month for service that you will no longer need. It is not right to have an automatic membership box checked. It is not right to have a automatic membership box checked if I wanted to automatically be a member I would check the box myself.

I ordered the Koanor money bracelet, but never received it. I am still getting monthly drafts from my bank account that I did not authorize. I want all of my money back.

Koanor charged me a monthly fee after purchase

I made a purchase at KOANOR.com they sent my items. I did receive what I purchased. Now a month later I’m getting charged a monthly fee of 39.99. I tried to log back into my account on the website it saying invalid inactive account. So then I look for a number to call no number Only a email address. It took them like two days to respond back to me. The lady says in the email there is no other way to cancel a membership she can’t do it manually. I would have to do it. But how can I when I can’t get into the website account. Then she says we will not be monitoring responses to emails respectively her name at the bottom. So I was forced to cancel my bank card and get a new one. I feel like they are very rude and unprofessional.
