I contacted Marc Brennan From Knight Environmental Consultants on Sunday, March 19th at around 4pm to request an inspection of my apartment for mold. He said he could come by at 7:00pm and mentioned that his fee was $700.00 usd. After Marc conducted the inspection using an infrared camera, “air sensor” and taking 3 samples, he wrote up paperwork, took the cash and stated that the results should be emailed by Tuesday March 21st. I was distressed and did not ask about a receipt but managed to get a picture of his work order.

Upon further investigation of his website on Wednesday March 22nd, I noticed a lot of errors and a picture on the bottom stating ScamPulse.com accredited. And upon further investigation, I was not able to locate the company stated above on the ScamPulse.com site.

I contacted Marc on Wednesday, March 22nd and requested more information regarding the test results, Marc stated that he will email me the air quality results by tonight

Knight Environmental Consultants supposedly works with http://www.emlabpk.com/
