I bought 2 tote bags for $30 from Klyra.com on February 11, 2026. I emailed [email protected] for tracking and was never contacted with tracking. I keep getting emails that I need to look at their products. I have called their phone number in the site (212-919-9313) and it goes straight to hold music and then hangs up without you speaking to someone. Within 3 weeks of my order I was charged a membership fee of $70 and have canceled it. I am going to try and go through my bank to get my money back. I have info, and the order confirmation even says I would have tracking within 24-48 hrs. My order number is *****.
