On June 10, 2023 I was looking to purchase a Pomeranian puppy. I found the website https://kizzyminipoms.com. I made arrangements with Kizzy Amila Jones to purchase a puppy. The puppy was going to be shipped by Global Logistics LTD out of Houston, TX. I paid $750 for the puppy, then Global Logistics said I needed pay $499 for the required special crate. I paid that by Cash App. Then they said I needed to pay $599 insurance fee. Again, I paid that fee through Cash App. They came back again and asked me for $250 delivery fee that would be refunded when I received the puppy. I paid the insurance fee. They then came back and asked for another $99 insurance fee that would again be refunded when I received the puppy. I paid that insurance fee and asked them when my puppy would be delivered, they said I would receive the puppy on Wednesday, June 14th. I checked the shipping tracking number and it said delayed. They came back and said I needed to pay a $299 customs fee that would be refunded. I paid that and asked again when my puppy would be delivered. They said I would get the puppy by 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 15th. I again, checked the shipping tracking and it said delayed. They came back and said due to weather issues there was a delay in delivery in which I needed to pay another $180 fee. I told them I don't have any more money and that I'm done. I asked them to refund my money. They said they would send me a refund. I contacted them back today June 16th asking about my refund and they said I needed to pay another $299 to get my refund. I told them I'm not sending them anymore money and that I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau to help me get my money back. I am heartbroken and furious that they took my money I received from when my mother passed away earlier this year.
