They are trying to charge my card $89 for a subscription that their website says I don’t have. No phone number and no response to email or customer chat service. My card is frozen and I’m going to have to cancel it.

Ordered one jar of supplements for my cat. Did not sign up for any reoccurring shipments. They have since changed and sent me three more. I've contacted them every time and they keep reassuring me that I do not have any subscription and that I'll be refunded in 3-5 days. Anna their contact person has the same story from them every time, but no resolution has happened. Attached is the most recent charge to my account from Kitty Supps.
