Thanks for the reply. At this moment I am near Kittitas, WA in a military base, waiting to be deployed overseas. This is the reason why I left the Rialta stored with all the paperwork at the shipping company named Kittitas All Out Trucking, in Kittitas, WA ready to be delivered. I signed a contract with them to take care of this sale on my behalf because I don't have time to sell it in person.
The van is in their custody, ready for shipping and they will take care of everything. The deal includes free delivery (the shipping fees was paid by a previous buyer that his loan wasn't approved) and it will arrive at your address in 5-7 days, depending on the exact location.I want to use their escrow and transport services as they offer 100% protection and insurance to both buyers and sellers.Payment must be sent to an escrow account created in your name and they will offer you a 5 days inspection period from the day the vehicle arrives to your location.
So, this is not a blind transaction, you can physically see the van before committing to buy and to eliminate any concerns. In case you won't be satisfied, you can cancel the transaction and ship it back at my expense. I am just curious what happened to this deal. We are apparently dealing with the same situation but with a food truck. The verbiage used in the person’s response are almost the same. Please let us know.
