Total scam! I ordered the afterlife shoes awhile ago and never received them. These people know exactly what they are doing as they take your money and keep stringing you along until you can’t get a refund. I hope no one every buys their products again as this is a horrible thing to so to someone especially in these times when money is tight. Horrible company and don’t buy anything from them as you’ll never get it!

Expensive shoe, 9+ month shipping times

Bought a shoe in a “raffle” thinking I was lucky to win a shoe that pretends to be a Nike shoe when in reality the entire shoe start to finish is built and designed in china. Ehh not too bad, they warned me of potential 2-3 month shipping. Definitely did not warn me for an 11+ month shipping time that’s for sure. Contracting the company is useless, they will copy and paste the famous “it will be there soon” send it and laugh while they count their money. Never will i nor will I allow any loved one or worst enemy to shop with this company. Stay away, I promise it’s not worth it.

Kito ware is a scam!!

It’s going on a year since I ordered my Afterlife 4s. When I make emails asking for any updates there’s always a problem with the mail carrier or the production, so they’ll say it isn’t their fault, when in reality there was no product in the first place. They say that to keep pushing you off so that you’ll eventually forget. Almost a year later and I still haven’t forgot. Hopefully this helps more people in the future realize what they’re dealing with.

I ordered a pair of afterlife 4s from them back in December last year it is now the end of may and they still haven’t shipped. I have reason to believe they haven’t shipped anything out in over 10 months. Only 50% of people who buy from them file a chargeback after not receiving their shoes. Then they keep the rest of the profit because people either forgot or don’t know how to file chargeback. After they just release another item and repeat the process all over again. This is terrible company do not buy from them you won’t get your stuff and you might lose your money.

12/25/2020 I placed an order for a pair of tennis shoes with a delivery date of March. On May 20, 2021 I emailed asking for the status of the shoes and never received a response. A week later on May 27th I DMed them letting them know that no one responded to my email. I sent another email on June 4th due to no response to my email and threatened then to report them to the BBB. On June 7th they responded stating they issued a refund when in fact I never asked for one nor was there a credit on my credit card. They insisted that a refund was issued on March 10, 2021. I have statements that there was no credit issued back on that credit card. On July 2nd I received email with USPS tracking information for my order. The package arrived on July 10th and it was a package with two stickers.

I would like to resolve this issue by getting my $158.20 back to my credit card.
