I was approached to purchase cookware that was supposed to be stick free and high quality. However the first and only use the pan was stuck and wouldn't come off. I told them i wanted to return the product based on the lie of quality. They refused. I then got an email my payment didn't go through the next day a charge was taken from my account. Still no resolve. I got an email again saying my account was behind multiple paynents however they have my card wheb i purchased and the next day my account was charged for their multiple payments
