A plasma lighter was advertised on YouTube for at least a month, stating it is charged by USB. Ordered online from KiroBrands.com with a Risk Free - 90 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Received in the mail, lighter has no USB post, or cable. Emailed the company at [email protected], asked about the problem, they said it needs Butane to run. That is not what I ordered. Company uses fake advertising, bait/switch and fraud recurring subscription charge, also. I want to warn others as well.

purchased stuff dogs from KiroBrands.com. had added on charges the next month for 24.00. found they had charged me an extra 24.00 on top pf the ordered art. Contesting charges now

This Item the precision Jet Flame Lighter, which was advertised on YOUTUBE by KiroBrands.com claims it does not need any fuel to operate ex. Butane, however when I received this Lighter in the mail on Feb 13, 2026 it specifically states it needs fuel to work, I purchased this lighter for one reason only the video Ad on YOUTUBE emphasized that this lighter was unique from any other lighter on the market they said it ran on a lithium battery and all you needed to do was charge it up and the flame it produced would be more powerful than any other butane lighter on the Market. this is false advertisement and a SCAM. I lost $48.94.
