Kirkland and Myers calls about old payday loan

They called and said I owed money for a payday loan. Last time I did that was when I was 19 in 2010. I'm going to be 37 now. In CT it's past 6 years they can't legally collect. I asked for them to send me a certified piece of mail stating the balance that was due. She told me no and said she'll mark me as a refusal.

Kirkland and Myers threatens legal action over paid debt

Representative from Kirkland and Myers continuously called and said I owed a previously paid debt from another company, Santander Auto. After contacting Kirkland and Myers, I was informed (threatened) that legal court action would be taken place and that a negative impact would be reported to my credit score. I tried to contact Santander Auto with to no avail.

Attached is the only record I have a the aforementioned debt in question, that to my knowledge, in good faith, I paid. This is the only information I have about a 2004 Kia Sorento that I have that was purchased for my now ex-wife.

No contact can be made from Lincoln Financial Group, or Santander Auto.
