I ordered 5 items online from this company. They mailed the 2 least expensive items in a 9x12 white plastic mailer. They claimed all items had been delivered. They asked for a photo of the package it came in. I sent a photo of the 9x12 plastic mailer. The other 3 items were too large in size to fit into the mailer. I have emailed them 4 times asking them to send the missing items I paid for, or send me a check for $94.97. They continue to claim that all items I ordered were sent. I finally found a phone number online to call them. It went to voicemail. I did look online and there are many other people who have had similar problems with this company. They are dishonest.
