My wife received a link via Instagram to what looked like a genuine Kathmandu sale. Prices were good. Alarm bells started ringing when she updated her cart but the total amount did not increase. She place the order and received a confirmation email from [email protected], not an official Kathmandu email address. Money has been taken, no goods shipped. Have contacted bank to investigate fraudulent transactions and stop any further theft.

Ordered goods thinking it was a website from Adairs Australia.
But ended up being spam.
Email communication with [email protected]
Goods supposedly sent via 17TRACK and supposedly received.
Have not received and link to website no longer available.

I ordered a table from this site and paid using PayPal. I received a confirmation of the order, but the total did not match what was charged. When I tried to track it, I was told it had not shipped. When I tried to check my account on the store site, it said I had no orders.
