Order from Kinky Cubes never delivered despite tracking showing delivery

On June 27, 2026, I made an order to try something for me and my wife and so we order Kinky Cubes from their website as it is widely advertised on social media. I have the order number 86796 and it cost me $61.98 plus applicable interest as I have used my Affirm credit line. On July 1st I sent an email regarding my order as I was not aware that my order will come from China as their website says Florida. I have exchanged email with their supposed sales team in which I sent another email today Jul 23rd as according to their courier it got delivered today but there is nothing except our usual mails. This issue has not been resolved since I placed my order. I believe that the website/business is simply a scam. Provided are screenshots of proofs.

Online order never arrived after 20 days

An online order was made via a social media post/advertisement. The purchase was made with a credit card, and after 20+ days the purchased product did not and has not arrived. I believe the intention to ship the product was never there on behalf of the seller. Contact was made to the seller's listed contact email address and a refund was not issued after being told that one would be issued.
