I bought some parts for my car from this website, after 3 weeks without any answer from them about the real status of work the alleged Kyle Grinden contact me from a private email address ( not the website address) asking me about bank authorisation code, this was uncommon sense since the transfer was already confirmed by my bank. I send to him picture with confirmed transaction. I ask him about the status and I told him if is not dispatched to cancel the order. After all this I never heard nothing from them about the status of order. I try to contact them many times but without success. I contact my bank and I explain them the situation. After all this Kingoffroadparts.com contact me through website account message having a bad behaviour and refusing to send my money back.

I was looking for upgrade parts for my jeep so i reached out to a nation wide offroad enthusiast group on social media. This gentleman by the name of Kyle Grinden claimed he owns this company and has the parts i need in stock. After speaking with him on the phone, i placed my order. I paid him through what seemed to be a legit online intuit payment system, got an invoice, receipt, etc from him as well. After the payment cleared my bank, i have not heard a word from him since. No tracking information, no order updates, etc. It has been 15 days and my order has not arrived (standard transit time is 2-3 days from the shipping point to myself). I lost a value of $691.77 my bank will not refund. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a SCAM.
