Ordered a shoulder brace for rotator cuff issue. Paid 19.00 online to Kinetixgear.com. 5 days after got another charge on my card for an additional 39.00. Emailed them about it and they returned the 39.00. They emailed me a tracking number for fedex. 2 weeks later item still not shipped. Emailed them again and they said they contacted their warehouse and are waiting a reply. Waited over a week and no reply. Tracking number still not filled. Emailed again no reply one more week I have Emailed now to tell them i was reporting them to the BBB. Got their address from their website but ScamPulse.com says no such business found.
