Saw an ad online. Checked the website out. Seemed legit. Had decent reviews. Ordered a customized gift that was promised by June. Never arrived. Eventually got a shipping notification that it was supposed to arrive August 11th but it never did. I tried reaching out work no responses. Now the site is down.

I had a facebook add show the product and that’s has great reviews. I purchased it on 5/30 and its shows delivered on 6/21 but I never was received the item. I purchased it through Shop Pay. I have contacted the company several times via email and have yet to receive any response. I also reported it to Shop Pay. The website no longer exists.

Ordered a two Father's Day Solar Powered Fan Cooling Hats. I received a tracking number and a follow up email stating the products had shipped. The website even had a tracking of the items in route. Until after a month of waiting, I inquired and received one email on 6/16/25 stating a website/tracking = "Your package is on its way. Here is your package tracking link: https://t.17track.net"
At that time, the tracking changed to delivered on 6/15/25.
The kindlygift.com "staff" stopped communicating with me as of that day and I never received the product I paid for or a reimbursement of my funds.

I researched a lego brick set for fathers day. I selected kindly gift and placed an order. The order gets sent through the shop app and took about 3 weeks to update and move stateside. It went from arriving to stateside to delivered overnight. Emails and messages have gone unanswered.
