I ordered flowers for my mother in another state, and never received a confirmation email. When I called the next day to request confirmation and ETA of delivery, I was told they were unable to fulfill and had already been refunded and an email sent (no email was sent). I requested for the customer service representative to email me confirmation of the cancellation and refund while we were on the phone, which he did, advising me it would be 5-10 business days before I may see it reflected in my account. While it was initially refunded, a full week later they charged me again for the exact same amount and I was forced to enter a dispute with my own bank.
