I purchased a stroller online from https://kidseyecandy.com/. After a little over a week and contacting them, with no reply, they shipped it. I tracked it and it arrived on 8/19/26 around 5:30pm. I checked the door but I didn't receive anything. I checked the tracking info and the delivery photo and it was the wrong house. I called the shipper and I couldn't get any info because they put the wrong name, wrong address, and wrong phone number. Only my city was correct. I took a second look at the photo the shipper sent and the item isn't even the correct size. I checked the shipper weight and it's the incorrect weight as well. I can't get the seller to call me back or reply to my emails. I've filed a dispute through my bank.
