I ordered a Magical Bead Painting kit for my granddaughter, age 6. At first, I got emails thanking me for the order and telling me to contact them with any questions or concerns. Then I heard nothing for weeks. When I emailed them, I was told the item was "stuck in transit or lost" and they asked if I'd like a refund. I told them yes, then didn't hear from them. Contacted them again a few weeks later and now was told the item was never even shipped because I gave them the wrong address. (I didn’t.) I emailed back and told them that they had promised ne a refund and I wanted one NOW. I got an email saying they'd "look into it." I don't believe they will ever stop making up reasons not to reinburse me, and I am sure now that this company is a scam, despite their friendly emails.

Advertised on Facebook, went to the site, ordered a toy for our granddaughter that never arrived. There is no way to contact this site so I am guessing it is a scam. Learned my lesson!

This was purchased online from Kiddofinds.com. It was going to be quality products at Montessori related. It also claimed to be appropriate for younger children. In fact, the items were very poorly made, and contained small parts that could be ingested by young children. It was also ordered on December 5 with the assurance that it would be here within 13 business days. It was not received until December 30. When I contacted them at [email protected] and asked for my money back, they stated that I had to print my own return label form and pay for any shipping to a Chinese address. The original company address was given as New Jersey. One of your previous reports stated that the shipping cost as much as the items. I did not check on the cost of shipping back to China. This is most definitely a scam with inferior quality goods. There is no phone number given to contact them.
