I am continuing to receive phone calls from this company claiming that I owe them $2239.20 due to a Sam’s Club membership. I was advised that this total amount due includes fees, court cost, and lawyer cost. I informed the organization that I have never had a Sam’s Club membership and even spoke to Sam’s Club yesterday and confirmed that they do not have me in their system. I called Keystone recovery group back and advise them of this information but I’m continuing to receive phone calls.

This company claiming to be Keystone Recovery Group and trying to say I owe a payday loan from 18 years ago on a bank account I have not had for 20+ years. I have never had a payday loan. They call multiple times a day always from a different phone number, each area code shows a different city/state. They will not mail any proof of alleged debt, and have been threatening for several months that I will be sued in my county's court and will be on the docket on "Tuesday". Of course, this is not true. Now they are calling my family members. Some of the numbers used are 220.257.5973 Marion OH, 307.683.1474 Sheridan WY, 574.889.7309 Logansport IN, 626.225.8669 Hacienda Heights CA, these are just from today 8/25/2026. All total there have been 38 different phone numbers over the last several months.

I am reporting repeated, suspicious calls from Keystone Recovery Group. I receive at least five voicemails from them each week. The message states: "Please call the number shown on your caller ID now to speak with the Keystone Recovery Group representative who is handling your account. Our system shows we have been unable to reach you regarding this matter. Please call the number shown on your caller ID." The messages do not identify the alleged account, the original creditor, the amount owed or the nature of the matter. They also do not provide a clear callback number within the message, instead directing me to call the number displayed on my caller ID. The frequency of these calls and the lack of verifiable information make them appear deceptive and potentially fraudulent. I am requesting that these calls be investigated and that Keystone Recovery Group stop contacting me unless it can provide legitimate written verification of the account. I block, report and delete.
