I downloaded the Key Connect app on Google Play. This is supposed to work on my 2020 Toyota RAV4. You have to pay for either a month or a year. I went ahead and paid $69.99 for one year which was cheaper than paying by the month. When I tried to add my car to the app, it said my car was compatible but I kept getting errors. When I send an email they said they were busy and would get back to me. Now it won't even let me send a reply. I asked for a refund but I keep getting the same email that they are busy and to try the app again. They keep saying try again.
