I received a call from 1-615-686-3041 today. They said I had a Apple Cider gummie monthly subscription that I had not cancelled and that wasn't paid, Said that I ordered Keto Gummies. Also, supposedly they sent emails which I didn't receive any of them. They were "being nice" if I paid them they would cancel my account, or they could leave it active and would receive a bill for $2,000.00. March. They had last 4 digits of a Master card they said was mine, which I don't have a mastercard. When they called, my caller ID registered their numbers as a local number 1-615-686-3041 and the caller ID had a male name but the person on the phone was a women. I told them I am not paying for anything I didn't get. plus if it was a subscription I would be getting them every month and that has not happened. When asked for proof they told me to call customer service 1-877-205-7242 she said it was Nutracare and I got Apple cider gummies & Keto pills. I think I would have noticed that if it was a monthly subscription. Supposedly they are sending me "proof" to my email but it could take a day or two. As soon as I hung up I got a call from 615-874-9978 (shows when goggled a female but no one I know) but when I didn't answer they hung up no voicemail. I totally agree with the other reports on here.

Received a few calls from 1-877-205-7242 today. They said I had a past due invoice of $249.95 that wasn't paid, gave me an order #01990 and that I ordered Keto Gummies. Also, supposedly they sent emails and through the mail on 11/10/24 and 12/19/24, which I didn't receive any of them. They were "being nice" if I paid them the $249.95 and they would cancel my account, or they could leave it active and on March 3, 2025 I would receive a bill for $1,499.00. I told them I'm not doing either cancelling the account & paying, or keeping the account and getting charged in March. They had last 4 digits of a Master card they said was mine, which it wasn't and my bank. The website they gave me is WWW.NPNUTRA.COM I looked it up and it seemed to be a creditable website, but for dealers, not individuals. When they called, my caller ID registered their numbers as 1-513-404-2806 and 1-513-681-4776, which are Cincinnati, Ohio numbers. I called the #2806 and a recording with a man's voice came on and I hung up and didn't leave a message. The two people I spoke to were Ali and Tincer Carcer. Also, they gave me a UPS tracking number, and it didn't come in the UPS Tracker website. I wholly believe this is a scam. I totally agree with the other reports on here.

Calling for balance

Lady that doesn't speak clearly calling stating she is attempting to collect a balance for Keto gummies because she states that I did not cancel within the promotional time frame, which I did. She gave a date of 8/13/2023 as purchase date, which I know for a fact that is not the correct date and pretty sure not even the correct year that I did try the Keto gummies. I DID cancel within the promotional time frame, but she is still calling to "collect" over $249.00. She REFUSED to send me any information by mail or by email.

SCAM CALLS FROM 877-205-7242

I HAVE RECEIVED 2 THREATENING CALLS TO MY WORK NUMBER CLAIMING I SIGNED UP FOR SOME KIND OF KETO PRODUCT THAT WAS ON A SUBSCRIPTION. THAT I NEEDED TO PAY A BALANCE DUE. STATING THEY WILL TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS, RELEASE A BUNCH OF PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DOOR AND CONTINUE TO BILL ME, AND WILL CONTINUE TO CALL ME. I SAID GO AHEAD AND GET A REAL JOB.

Was told I had an account with them for Keto diet which I supposedly ordered April 12, 2022, they insisted I received the product and now owe for it. The address they have is not my address yet they have confirmation I definitely received package. They will not however show said confirmation and kept asking me if I wanted to close this account and how would I like to pay this balance. He said I had to pay the balance in full then they will cancel. I was on the phone with him for 35 minutes in which he continued to keep asking if I wanted the account closed. Trying to get me.to say yes I am sure. Had the same call earlier today from a female same issue but different company name. They have several names. Was on the the phone first time for an hour listening to this. Names used are Sweep company.....Green Keto....Sweep Advantage and lastest was Extreme Detail Company. Customer service number for all is 877-205-7242. Names Alex Garcia, and a Mr Lopez couldn't understand first name, and at the customer service number I talked to Amanda and then Ally.
