I ordered a bottle of keto Gummies for weight loss and received 5! I spoke to "customer service " several times. Within less than a week I received another 5 bottles! Again I called "customer service ". They said to send it back and I would get a refund. I returned them via the post office tracking # 953461313158738434. I called and gave them the tracking #. After a couple days i called again because my debit card didnt show the refund. The person i spoke with said the "upper" management had approved the refund and I should get it "soon". I continued to call and was told the same thing several times. I don't know how long I called or how many times, but I gave up and wanted to warn others that it was a fiasco. They got my Gummies back and they lied that i was going to get a refund for those. I told them that $300.00 is a lot of money to me (I only have Social security!).

I ordered the destiny gummies after a pop up of Kelly Clarkson endorsing came up on my Facebook page. After clicking the link, I was taken to the Destiny Keto order page. I ordered a subscription of Keto Gummies under the impression they were endorsed by Kelly Clarkson, who had just lost a significant amount of weight. Once I received my 2nd shipment in February 2024, I learned that Kelly Clarkson's image and endorsement was fraudulently used by Destiny. I canceled my order and was told that I could return my unopened bottles for a full refund. I was refunded $199.99. However, they would not refund the $199.99 for my first partially used shipment and it cost me $18.80 to return the shipment. I returned the product on 3/14/24. I called a week later to confirm receipt and was told that they had not yet received the return. I called on 4/29/24 and was told again that they did not have record of the return. Once they checked the tracking they said it was received 4/20/24 (even though my tracking clearly shows they received it on 3/20/24. There was no explanation as to why receipt of my return would not have initiated a refund. Had I lost my tracking info I do not believe that they would have refunded me.

I saw an ad, gummies to lose weight ordered them, shark tank approved. Ordered on a Friday night 3/22/24, when I got the order Confirmation , I called customer service immediately. Was told order could not be cancelled. Sorry for mistake. Assured me it would be alright. I sent numerous emails. I got one from them . The package arrived sent return to the address for the fulfilment center. Receipt required, paid $23.00 with my debit for postage. Items are still in Post office have not been signed for as of today and was returned on 4/3/24

I have a wedding coming up in June and I saw*****************on facebook talking about the 'gummies' that she took too loose all the weight. She claimed after the first 3 weeks, your pants would no longer fit. Also claimed you can loose about 50 pounds in just a few months. I was skeptical, but got excited thinking that a celebrity surely couldn't be making also these facts if they weren't pretty honest! Can she be sued for fraud? I used to enjoy her music, now I get very upset when I see her.

GOOGLE SEARCH, for Proton Keto Gummies official website. By one bottle for this price or 2 for this price or three and up to 5 bottles. The more you buy the price go higher. No you dont talk to anyone, you just place your order. When paying, i notices they charge me more. I call the number and spoke with someone with a foreign language. I told they, I am not paying that much money for a bottle of keto gummies. He said it was a mistake And changed it. I see they changed more money, and they keep charge my card. So I got on Google to go to their website to get the phone number and their website its not there . So you can't call them or contact them. All i have is FULFILLMENT CENTER PO Box 152762 Tampa FL 33684. So I went to Google to Search the website. This is where I found out it was a scam. So I hope you find the [censored] who are stealing our money. Oh also this has been of over three or more years. I tell you what you set up a sting. Because it looks like first time users can get through to their website, because their are tracking the phones numbers. Or go to FULFILLMENT CENTER in Tampa Fl with search warrant, to go through their records to find out where or who is sending orders to them to fulfill them. God if I lived in Fl I would be going to the fulfillment center to find out myself, who or where the scammers are.

I was using my ipad and an ad popped up for Keto Plus for $39.99 so I proceeded to give my bank information when I was about to complete the transaction, the price changed to $199.99 there was a button to complete the transaction but I never completed it.

When I checked my bank statement the company charged my account $199.99 x 4 times, I spoke with someone from keto co to dispute charges, almost immediately, and they said it was too late. The shipment was on its way. I disputed the charges with my bank and received a letter stating the charges were cancelled. Today better than a week I received the bottles of keto gummies, which I plan to ship back. I am skeptical whether this company will continue to charge my account again. Anyone reading, please beware. It has taught me a good lesson.

Clicked on ad site on Facebook. Went searching around Internet for similar products, several sites. I typically put something in a cart and then talk myself out of purchasing so exit. On one of those sites, not sure which one, they apparently decided I was purchasing something which I did not 'confirm' and/ or 'order'. I did not make a purchase. I would have put it in my check log as a debit and checked my e-mail for the 'thank you for your purchase' e-mail. I never purchased anything so neither thing happened. I noted in my online bank 2 days later, after being locked out of my account, a pending charge for a ridiculous amount of money. I would never spend $199.99 from a 'PeakLifeOptical'. When I called my bank to investigate the transaction, they stated it was out of Utah and was a miscellaneous apparel company. I had tried calling the phone # with 'PeakLifeOptical'- 8662065320, was on hold for ever. My bank is investigating this transaction. After all this, an e-mail was suddenly received stating 'my product' was shipped. Not stating the amount of the 'purchase' but providing tracking for shipping, and the SKU name 'Nutrizen-Keto-5'. I tried replying to the e-mail. It came back undeliverable (not suprised at all).
