Ordered one supplement of Keto Gummies. My bank account was charged twice if $129.87. Attempted to contact vendor to correct the double charge with no contact. The vendor says mailbox is full and when waiting on line, a recording says they are closed and can’t take any calls!

I’ve tried calling and emailing with no results. I got the product today and it is not what was shown to be. I asked to return the product and receive a refund from my 2 charges . I have not heard a word!

I received an email that my order of Keto+ACV Gummies had shipped. I knew I had not ordered this so I checked my credit cards to see if there was a charge, $129.99 had been charged to one of my cards! I called the number on the email to find out what was going on. He said since the order has shipped we cannot refund your money, but they will stop any future shipments. So I called my credit card company to inform them of this unauthorized purchase/ charge. My card was cancelled and the charge was dismissed. The really scary part of this situation is that they had my CC#, email address and my address. How does something like this even happen? I received the product today in the mail. I want to send it back but I am not sure where to send it. I attempted to call the number but it said person is unavailable and gave no options. I welcome any suggestions on how to return this product.
