I ordered a dragon lounger from Keruitegs the beginning of February I got a tracking number with 17track and everything seemed legit until February 25th when the tracking stated it was delivered on February 15th and it had not been delivered. I emailed both companies and I am now currently waiting for a email response from Keruitegs as well as 17track. I decided to Google if Keruitegs was legit only to my disappointment to find stories of people having the same issue with Keruitegs.

Its looking more and more like I have been scammed!

I ordered a product. The product did not arrive. I contacted them and was told to get a "certificate of loss"from the post office. I went to the post office with my tracking number and told them this company is wanting a certificate of loss. Post office said that isn't a thing and the tracking number isn't valid either and sounds like a scam. Post office told me to ask for a valid tracking number and when I relayed this to the company I was told since I don't have proof of loss they can refund 10% and if that is okay. UHHHH NO. I've filed a claim with my bank. Don't order from this company.

On Nov 20, 2024 I ordered a Giant Frog Bed for my grandaughter for Christmas. I ordered it from the company "Keruitegs" which had an advertisement for this and other items on the Pinterest site. The order was placed (I even paid an extra 14.99 for expedited shipping) and I received updates via email on the shipping status of my item. It was tracked through a company called 17track.net. On December 13, 2024 the site claimed the item was delivered to my address via the US Postal service. It was not. So, I contacted the company and they told me to contact the Postal Service with their tracking number and ask for a "certificate of loss". Which I did. The tracking number Keruitegs gave me was never entered and does not exist in the Postal Service's tracking service. So again I contacted this Keruitegs company on 4 separate occasions only to receive the exact emails about being delivered and to contact the US Postal Service for a "certificate of loss". The Postal Service will not issue a certificate of loss ( a form that does not exist at USPS) for an item that they have no record of ever receiving. I also checked the tracking number with FedEx and UPS with no record there either. After checking other reviews from other people, they have all had the same results as myself. I should have researched this first, but assumed that it was legitimate having found it on Pinterest. Lesson learned. Hoping to

encourage people to research first all sites before buying.

We ordered 2 christmas decorations. We received confirmation and a tracking number. I then received a message that the items were delivered when in fact they were not. I emailed the company and they told me to take the tracking number to the USPS where they told me it was not a valid tracking number. I emailed the company back and now they are saying they will only give me a partial refund.

Ordered a Dragon chair for my granddaughter for christmas back in November. Tracking said it was delivered and the product never showed up. After several days I contacted the listed email to only be told the parcel shipper lost it. I was offered half of a refund for this, yes HALF.
