Ordered dentures that were supposed to be placed in hot water so they mold perfectly to your mouth. Showed and stated rubber and flexible. Ad stated fits no matter if missing all teeth or some.

What was sent was 2 pieces of hard brown plastic with white paint to mimic teeth.
