Letter Stated "(Business Name) may be administratively dissolved or revoked of the 2025 Annual Report is not filed in time. To avoid administrative dissolution or revocation, file your Annual Report before the deadline at Busfile.org/KY2025. You can also scan the QR code above to file."

This company is not affiliated with the Secretary of State or any other government agency. They are trying to falsely obtain personal/business information and the filing fee.
