I have decided to buy a suit and a pair of shoes for $51.85 from www.lucileen.com on 13 march 2022 in 23:59 pm, because i saw before that their advertisement in facebook. Than they send my an email that my order is approved and will be shipped soon. As soon as they decide to ship the ordered products by me to Bulgaria, they will send me a tracking code to check with it where my products arrived. In their website was written that they processing every order from 1 to 5 working days and that is why i decided to order. As you will see if you get into their website, there isn't any telephone number or a chat service to contact them through, so they wrote me an email that they will need more day to send my order, but it won't be over 15 days, so I awaited. After these 15 day i wrote them an email again because the products still wasn't shipped to me, but then they wrote me that the spring season is very busy, so I have to wait 15 more days. I was confused and told them to give back my money and to cancel the order from their website. They wrote me that they will cancel my order and that they applied for full refund for me but i have to wait 15 more days. Then I fully understood that i am a victim of a scam and now I am writing here to warn you DO NOT BUY FROM WWW.LUCILLEEN.COM, because you are NOT going to receive anything.

Beware. I almost purchased suits from the JeffLory.com site. I googled and couldn't find negative reviews of JeffLory.com so assumed it was just your average low quality Chinese-made goods shipped through China Post. Nope... they are a new Kentesh site.

I ordered and paid 3 items on September 30, 2021. My package was "rejected by Customs" - as i was informed on 28/11/21 - and there would "give me a full refund" that was "expected to arrive within 15 weekdays". There was no refund, so on December 20, 2021 i received the last email from the company: "The bank is still reviewing the refund. Could you kindly wait a few more days?". Until today January 26, 2022 there is no refund and no further email.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this “new” website. They sent me an email confirming my purchase, charged my credit card, and then never contacted me again. I did not receive my shoes or any update regarding my purchase. This site is still up and should be taken down along with any other sites this company has for scamming people.

So far, I ordered from this company 2 times, first for $94.16, and then they also own Alistarchic and Grerita, second order was for $141.18, have yet to receive anything, this was on December 29th, 2021, not even an e-mail saying anything has been shipped. Have learned a good lesson from these 2 purchases. I would like my money back, in full, they don't respond at all!
