Kennedy Alfred advertised orthopedic leather high quality shoes. Ordered these in size 11 and was sent size 42 European. They were pleather and way smaller than a typical size 11 shoe. Contacted support and was told 15% return fee could be granted, or cost me 40 to 50$ to ship on top of what I paid already with customs fees to China. To maybe get a full refund or pay 29.99 to buy another pair of shoes. They got me.

I purchased the shoes and they were drop shipped from China...don't fit can't return. They ignore me. Don't think they are leather.

I have the shoes. It will not be able to ever use

I ordered the Valetta Orthopedic Leather Loafers. When they arrived, it was very clear they were not leather, and looked different from the picture and description on their website. When I followed the steps for a return, I received an email stating that I would have to ship them back to China, which costs about the same amount as I paid for the product. This does not hold the company accountable for false advertising. Also, they pretend to be a U.S. company, but the product is to be shipped back to China.

The website KennedyAlfred.com appears to be located in the US. However, all goods purchased come from China. Upon requesting a return, you are told the return shipping cost is $40-50 minimum.
