I received a letter from this guy with some IRS paperwork in it, asking for my personal information saying I had unclaimed property claims. Asked me to change in payee name or address. Saying I have interest in my account. Telling me he was being a good neighbor etc. Told me to verify at claimyourcash.com. He lives in Oak Harbor, WA
