Kelvoshop hair trimmer purchase charged more than expected

I tried to purchase a hair trimmer for my husband on line. A website Kelvoshop showed on google they had the product. Website kept trying to make me pay more by asking if I wanted an extended warranty on this trimmer I kept saying no thank you it did it anyway without me checking out. The original product was supposed to be $9.99 I received a product approx 2 weeks later. Product was garbage and I called the #850-724-9267 with the business card with package that had a lot of china lettering on it. I called them 3 times one #9516338246 they pick up then hang up. I called the # 850-724-9267 they told me they would send me a return label weeks ago they never did but yet $29.98 is still taken out of my web banking.

Unauthorized debit card use attempt

I was informed by my bank that someone was trying to use my debit card number, for a purchase, which was denied by my bank, and then the Bank email me to ask if I was making this purchase. I do not know if this person trying to use my debit card was at the store or trying on line.

Received fraudulent charges from Kelvoshop after buying from Belro

I purchased a light ring flash for my camera off Belro.com. I received the light ring but was charged again $39.99 for two months from Kelvoshop. When I looked up this company, I found that they have been involved in fraudulent charges. I did not purchase anything for $39.99 and the charges were made twice.
