I bought a skeleton mask for my son in May 30th 2026. A charge of 9.95 and the charge of the mask of 30.98 was taken out May 31st 2026.

I received the mask which was ripped in several places and dysfunctional.

On June 18th 2026 a charge of 39.99 was taken out of my account. I called them they were supposed to reimburse me for that in 5 to 7 Business Days never received.

Then just noticed in my bank statements another 39.99 was just taken out July 19th 2026.

Call again was hung up on.

Been trying to call again so far 8 times this morning July 21st 2026. Rings for about 5 minutes and discounts.
