Calls out sick at last second. Never reimburses

She is always sick, calls out, cancels while still charging for no-show visits. She is condescending, has no care for clients. Only worries about being paid. Caused me more trauma by seeing her. Go anywhere else! Kelly was struggling to communicate with my daughter, became frustrated and gave up. Clearly, she has many personal problems since she cancels appointments at the last second, does not accommodate rescheduling. I was charged for several appointments Kelly cancelled . Never received a dime back. She has many issues with taking insurance. Kelly is a miserable, difficult person who does more harm than good. Don’t go to her. She isn’t worth the aggravation.

Kelly was not accepting insurance due to an ongoing credentialing issue. Often, she canceled sessions, called out sick, requested to move to zoom. Over the summer it became difficult to work with her and I requested a refund. I was not happy as a client or with her treatment of me. I needed to move on which meant getting my money returned for a substandard level of care. She refused.

Kelly was often sick, cancelled sessions, or wouldn’t show up. She is unprofessional. Kelly doesn’t show an ounce of compassion for what mental health problems I deal with. She calls out often saying she is sick . Kelly refuses to pay me back for sessions cancelled. Kelly is difficult to deal with, she shouldn’t be treating anyone and I will sue her fat [censored] if she continues to refuse to pay me back. Her treatment didn’t help when I was there
