Kel Creeks Labradour advertised puppies on their Facebook page. We contacted the owner via Facebook Messenger. We put down a reserve amount and then sent more money, bringing the total to $500. We were sent a form to complete that collected our names, addresses, and phone numbers. I realized something wasn't right when they sent a message telling me I needed to send more money for dog food. I have since discovered some of the photos on the FB page on other websites. We were told to send the money through PayPal using the Friends and Family option, which, to my understanding, makes it more difficult (or impossible) to get your money back. We sent the money to Nicole Kinley, this is the name that shows on the messenger app too.
