We received a notice from Louis Chavez that our home was in foreclosure and he can help us sell it or get a loan modification. Our property is absolutely not being foreclosed, we have a mechanics lien filed against our house re a dispute with a contractor. To employ these scare tactics is abominable and should not be allowed.
