THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM , MY IDENTITY WAS STOLEN ! THEY MAKING REPORTS ON MY CREDIT OF NOT PAYING THEM AND THEY WANT END A CONTRACT THAT I DIDNT AGREE TO ! ITS REALLY SAD! THEY ARE A THIRD PARTY AND CALL TO SCAM GET INFO ABOUT YOUR SCHOOLING MAKE IT SOUND GOOD AND TAKE YOUR MONEY !

Okay so, I signed my agreement with KC on April 21st and scheduled my first payment of $150 for the 30th. The 30th came and I realized I still had the money in my account. I called and they said it takes a couple days to come out because it processes as a check. So I waited. I checked my account on May 10th and the money was still in my account. I called 3 times before finally getting an answer just for them to tell me the payment was declined and now I have to pay an additional $25 for the declining fee. Two issues with this: (1) I was not informed when my payment was declined and (2) The money was in my account, there is no reason for it to have been declined. I expressed the second point and we agreed that I'd pay my original $150 plus $12 (KC is charged $12 when declines happen and they charge the clients $25) on May 14th. Now here we are, May 21st, and I still have the money in my account. I've had enough and decided to call and terminate my agreement. They're trying to tell me I have to pay half of the application processing fee which would be $426.50. There is nothing in my contract about termination/cancellation fees. They are insisting that it's company policy yet it's not in the contract that I signed.

I spoke with company on July 10, 2020. I than called a few days to a week after telling them I do not want their services because I dont want to be hoodood or bull[censored]ted. I was sketched about it and they still took a payment out, Aug 3, 2020 and Im very upset. This is not the time to be taking money from peoples account especially living on a fixed income. I feel they lie to you and they do not inform you that, in order to cancel, you have to pay the first phase. I dont know what a phase even is because it wasnt told. Now what may have happened was I signed stuff online but I didnt read every lil detail. This right here if affects me, I know not to ever allow anyone to rush me through signing paperwork. I will not allow them to take another cent from me and Id like my money back because of their deception and inconvencing me on my birthday'.

I signed up with them for income drivin pymts. Before my 3 days were up I decided not to do it. They told me it's been longer than 3 days, I told them cancel everything but they keep running my card everyday an they tell me no their not I told syndel yes u do I have screen shots of everything, I'm tired of the lying scamming people. Isn't their honest companies and people anymore ? This is ridiculous, something needs to be done with these people. Close them down

I ask for my money back that i made. 3 payments the one i didnt give them authorization they just took it $159 ' they mislead me on everthing ' i called my school loan and told them keeping capital is taking over my school loans they said they cant and their was no phone calls ' i called keeping capital and told them i want my money back ' they were very rude ! Told me they were not giving me my money back its charges ' i disputed this w my credit card they took the money ' i been waiting 2 months ' these people r criminals !

Keeping Capital called me claiming that they can help with my Student loans and to get the payments down to zero.They sold me this sweet deal.They had me sign papers and give money up front. They sent me documents about about the program. But now I can’t get ahold of the documents. It’s expired.
