Scammed buying a puppy

Bought a puppy for 500 and suppose to get delivered from me from Texas. But says the company address is in Ohio but its getting delivered from Texas.. And the phone number doesnt match the state that they are in. Ive trying call them and never got a pack up or call back. They sre making me pay an extra 1000 after I have already bought and mever said anything about a special crate. They wont refund me my 650 I gave them. The supplier said they would help me out the rest and lied about it so they could get more money out of me. Just find it really finshy and odd how all this has gone. This need to be reported! Because im the only they have done this too. Really need to figure out what is going on here and got my money back!

SCAMMERS PUPPIES

I paid for 2 Frenchies suppose from Ontario,Agent said $700.00,and they will be delivered to your door bye me,It never happened.So now they are asking for $100,but we paid for the puppies already,so you see KC Swift,are no better at all,one time they charged us $300,for delivery of other Frenchies,but up to this day no pup. I would not use this company at all. Dwayne/Claude

Type of a scam: Online Purchase

After buying a puppy from an online breeder, KC Swift Delivery was to home delivery the puppy. The initial email was vague with a link to the website and a tracking number. The website was never updated with the progression of travel. After contacting the travel company for an updated time frame they finally gave an estimated time of arrival of puppy. About an hour before ETA, an email was received asking for a “refundable $2000 payment for city and insurance fees.”
