My husband and i wanted to purchase a dog specially a lab retriever. We found johnsonslabpuppies.com and got BOSCO. When we purchased it totalled 950 since it was flying from Oklahoma to phoenix. Something was odd when we got a call saying that the dog needed a special crate due to covid and was going to be around 900. My husband paid and later we got another call saying he needed a shot to calm down and they needed 900 more. My husband said he was not going to pay as it was already a lot. We came to find out they updated their website shortly and we couldnt get a hold of anyone. This is frustating as we lost 2700!
So upset with all this. How can we get our money back.

[email protected], goes by Alex Kay tried to scam me out of $650 but thank to these comments and ones like it from other sites, thankfully i did not send him any money. I reached out to him through his "website" which was "nowherepuppies.com" and he emailed me and then several hours later called me to tell me to look at and reply to his email, which i thought was weird but i went a long with it. Everything in our email conversations seemed legit, he was answering any questions that i had, not honestly obviously but hindsight is 20/20 right? anywhere it wasnt until he kept calling and texting me when i informed him that i was more comfortable communicating through email that i was getting really suspicious. So i spent atleast an hour researching, and i came across many sites, that were not easy to find, that informed me just how messed up this guy is. So i just wanted to leave this comment to thank those that have commented before and to tell others not to feel bad for falling for this scam because he very thorough and has an answer for everything. He seems to think he is good at what he does but if enough people reach out maybe we can stop this guy!

my mom found this place online to purchase a pug puppy. she sent an email to get information on the puppies 'available' and spoke with "Alex",The price was great! They said that they were located in Colorado, and she is in Oregon. to get the puppy transported, it was only going to cost $150 more. After all the looking she has done, she jumped on the offer. They told her that she would have the puppy the next evening. When the morning came, and the puppy was in transport, they told her that she needed to pay another $1200 to rent a special create, due to COVID-19, and travel insurance for the animal. As the day went on, they said that they had to make a stop in Boise for another delivery, and while there, the puppy was too stressed out and had to be checked out by a vet and given shots, another $1000. Oh but lets not forget, that the money sent to pay for the create, insurance, and shots, is all cash (zelle transactions) that she would 'get back' when the puppy is delivered. By the time that the puppy was supposed to be delivered, she was told that he was not well to travel and needed more time to rest and would be delivered the next day. My brother did some online searching, and found that this is not the first time this person has used this scam. there was exactly what she was being told, online, that has happened to others. She kept requesting pictures of the puppy when it was on 'layover' as proof that he was okay, and real, but they just said it was against policy. When my brother told mom about their scam, she was accused of puppy abandonment.

His name is Alex Kay his email address is [email protected] his number is 509-255-8090

He’s claiming to run a pug breeding company in Spokane Washington (his number is a Liberty Lake Washington number) by the name of Kayteacup Pug Puppies he also works with a man named Dimintry Henman who runs the “pet delivery service” in Nevada called pet transport his number is 509-289-5636 and his email is [email protected]

I left my information on the website to be contacted about a puppy he then emailed me, we exchanged multiple text messages and emails. He said he took the puppy to the delivery service ($600 in included the dog and shipping) and then Dimintry emailed, texted, and called me and told me to send the money via western union and to text a picture of the receipt once I did Dimintry emailed me saying I needed to send more money because Alex didn’t provide the appropriate carrier for the flight at that point I realized it was a scam and asked for proof he had the dog he said the dog was at the vet being checked before the flight and the sender would send me proof so I had my boyfriend fill out the information on the website to see if Alex would say the same puppy was available to him which he did...when I mentioned that to Alex he said his son had his phone and didn’t know he dropped off the dog and insisted I send more money. I told them I knew it was a scam and asked for my money back and they refused to give me a refund, and said if I didn’t send more money it would be abandonment and I could be charged and the dog would go to a shelter (the dog is still on the website as available), I again demanded a refund and said I would go to the police and he hung up on me (I have a recording of this phone call, all emails and texts) and neither men would answer my calls/texts after that. I immediately reported it to the bank’s fraud department and I plan to file a police report. Including bank fees I lost around $650.

Went on the website and seen the pug puppies. I sent them a email and ask about the puppies. Ask me which one i wanted and i told them. The he said the dog is 450.00 and 150.00 for delivery. I send them a Western Union for 600.00. Once I sent that to them. They contact me back and said they were taking the puppy to the airport. After that I got an email from a puppy Shipping Company. Say they need it more money like $950 for transport the puppy to me. I told them I didn't have $950 and I wasn't going to send any more money. I told him to keep the puppies to the money back to me. So they didn't send the money back to me and I contact authorities. And I contact it Western Union. Western Union tell me i had to wait 15 days to file a fraud complaint with them.

It happened to us we lost 1600.00 dollars. I reported it to the Warren mi police dept but they are not working on it very hard. I am thinking of calling the FBI maybe they would have a cyber unit and stop this guy.b we need to stop him this is the third website I have tracked him. He keeps changing his website so I keep reporting it to the police.
