I came across an ad for kayaks for sale because I've been looking to purchase one so I went to the lasenee.com website, it advertises using paypal and only one purchase per customer, ok so when placing my order there was no mention of shipping at all so I assumed it was included in the price of $88. $88 is the amount I agreed to and confirmed at checkout the price was $88 total. The company charged my PayPal account $101.20, which I did not agree to. 3 months have passed and I haven't received a kayak. I emailed the company using their website under the contact us tab. The first few emails I was just asking for tracking info in which they replied if I send them my account info ( when the purchase was made and the email I used) I sent this info but they kept responding with the same request of info even though I sent the info 3 times. They then provided me a tracking number which when entered on the USPS website said a package was delivered to my house, which didn't happen so I went to my local post office, gave them the tracking number on which they searched and told me the package with that tracking number was for a completely different address in my city and addressed to someone completely different, I contacted this person who said she never received a kayak or anything that wasn't addressed to her that she ordered. This company absolutely did not send a kayak thru USPS as they informed me they don't even ship such large packages, fed ex or ups would've had to be used.

I have emails written back and forth to this fraudulent company and I have the tracking number off the package they provided and a photo of that package with that tracking number showing it's not my name or my address and the package was a small package, not something a kayak could fit in.

Paypal has declined my report of fraud because that tracking number somehow shows, thru the usps website, that it was delivered to me.

Again please note thar USPS does not ship large packages..a kayak is a watercraft of 10 feet long, not something they deliver.

Please help shutting down this fraudulent company and I would appreciate any action to getting my $101.20 back.

So I'm on Facebook marketplace I think I'm safe because I'm on Facebook and I don't think Facebook would help crooks advertise but they do and it's not the first time. I seen a good deal on kayaks on ad that popped up for $100 it's almost summertime so I click on it I make the purchase and then lo and behold I just said I'm going to look up the kayak store so I look it up and write on the kayak store website they warn you about a scam going on somebody posing as the kayak store so that's how I found out. I don't understand why Facebook is above the law why they're allowed to help criminals advertise to rip people off. Facebook should be held accountable they want to Snoop in everybody's business but they don't want to help anybody out.

An add popped up in my facebook news feed selling kayaks that are usually $2000 for only $100 . i checked the ScamPulse.com and apparently there are others who experienced this and said it was a fraud

They are offering kayaks for 89-99 dollars that should be thousands. The email address for contact has been linked to several other online purchase scams. I found them through an ad on facebook.
