I thought I could trust "Kay jewelers"
I ordered two separate orders, totaling close to $200. The ring I ordered was the only correct item 😞... the earrings I ordered for my 5 granddaughters (5 pair) were not what I received... I don't have time to replace what I received...or the money.
Very disappointed...

I purchased jewelry from a website that identified as Kay Jewelers. I spent approximately $70 for discounted jewelry. I was sent some cheaply made gold colored necklace and bracelet that were not at all what I ordered from the website. They offered a 30% discount on the items they sent but not a refund. I reported them to the FBI.

I ordered two different sets of earrings from this company in December of 2023. I received 2 sets of earrings that were the same but not what I had ordered. I emailed them a picture of the package, of the wrong earrings and invoice of my purchase. I never received my correct order of the merchandise that I purchased and they do not want to refund me my money back. They only want to give me 20% back for my order. I want a full refund.
