I saw an ad on the website KavaBrand.co for a hand mold to be a gift as a Valentine's Day gift. The only information I've ever got was i know this must be frustrating they're reaching out directly to further along the process faster. I even asked for a refund. They give me a tracking number that doesn't go to anything. It says it was shipped on the 13th and I ordered it on the 5th. I lost $19.95.
