Threatened litigation and Lien
With a settlement offer that I never responded to. When I told them I never received the letter, they said they would talk to the signing attorney to see if they could still offer the settlement amount and put me on hold.
Then came back and said the settlement amount was for $2700 plus attorneys fees and would need to be paid that day to avoid further process into the litigation. They even offered to do a 6 month payment plan and they would send me the agreement to sign through focusing. I asked them to email me the debt information and settlement letter first and let them know I would

The day. The email never came and now I continue to receive harassing phone calls that they are sending a process server to serve me. They are even calling my family members and harassing them.
