Went searching online for an Oriental Short Hair kitten or a Russian Blue kitten. Katty Kittens came up for both so I thought it was a good deal. Found an adorable kitten named Matt and sent in the request form. They got back to me pretty quickly and seemed pretty legit at first, very sincere, very "we want the best for our kittens" and all. Said it would cost $1,100 to have the kitten delivered directly to my door. This was looking like a fantastic deal.
Between emails they were texting to make sure I was filling out the forms and such. As the emails got more into the adoption process there was a few confusing inconsistencies (for example halfway through the email started saying "when your bird will be delivered" - example in pictures) Thought it was kinda funky but chalked it up to human error.
Filled out the form and everything seemed to be going smoothly.
When I got to the point of payment, I sent the money through CashApp but the seller contacted me saying "they are not with the cashapp phone" whatever that means...So I said ok and went to send the money through their "other cashapp". When I cancelled the first transaction they asked why I cancelled. I said I didn't want to be charged twice and they didn't argue - ok but still weird
The final nail in the coffin was the text I received this morning requesting that I pay an extra $275 for extra shipping costs. This seemed odd because as you can see from the contract, the seller was supposed to cover the delivery charges as needed. Finding this weird I questioned them on needing the extra money while doing some side research. That's when I found this website as well as the fact that their "Address" on their website was a random street in San Francisco while their address in the contract was a Puppy Breeding Farm in Massachusetts.
When I called them out on this I requested either three current pictures of the cat, taken most recently or some other form of evidence against being a scam. They sent me a video of the kitten which was adorable but I have no idea whose cat it actually is. Also since I realized that photos and videos can be saved for later and there's no real method of checking I asked for confirmation on their address. Proceeded to get no reply for nearly an hour and half which is strange since they would reply within the minute when it involved money...
Finally they replied but still with no info. I cancelled the transaction and blocked the number.. very disappointed, please don't be stupid like me just because they have some very cute cat pictures/videos..

Had the exact same thing happen, but I did not put any money down. I do not know if the BBB even knows of this "company" or not. It is pathetic of the type of people that do this sort of thing, but also it is pathetic that there are dumb schmucks like me that fall for people like that because I am so lonely all of the time...

I was looking for an oriental short haired cat. It took me a couple of hours of brousing until I came across this website. At first everything seemed legit. Then this Mike person started telling me to send money via zelle to his phone number that was different than the one he was texting me on. I should have stopped there but I was so excited a out the cat that I over looked the many red flags. Once I sent him his money I never heard from him again. Buyers beware!

I was inquiring about oriental cats, their website was the first one to pop up on search engine. I completed an online form for more information. They sent me an email and text asking for an “ adoption “. Their information was getting more & more sketchy with each text. They soon contacted me email & text wanting to proceed with potential purchase. Several things were not matching up with information on website & what they were communicating.
