I was looking for a place to rent. this company said they had a House in my town for rent just needed to pay for the application fee and then they proceeded to ask me to pay the security deposit. I said no, that’s not the way it works and then they told me that they had had people not show up for the viewing before Paying the security deposit. My grandson went to the house, knocked the door in a gentleman answered saying that no he lived in the house. He bought it two years before. The person that I sent the money to was Kathleen Finnell.
