I ordered lounge pants on line from KateNew-York.com, thinking I was ordering from Brandy Melville - they must have done a bait and switch - the pants arrived without a clear indication of who sent them, no packing slip, no tag on the pants - nothing identifiable. I was looking in my order activity for the purchase and stumbled upon Kate New York - which is also misinformation, they are not in New York, they are in Amsterdam! The company sells garbage, cheap clothing and they do not refund money, they only replace their garbage clothing for more garbage clothing. Then when it comes time to check out, as i really do not want to walk away from close to $50 - their website says it's not processing payments at this time. I have asked the company via [email protected], since the balance due is zero - can you process for me, they said no. It's been almost a month. Truthfully, I don't want anymore of their garbage, but I also don't want them to get away with this after losing $46.95.
