The product shown on the website was a pair of beautiful patchwork overalls made from cotton and I received printed polyester overalls with plastic buckles. The website says 30 day money back guarantee but when I tried to return them they claimed they were a final sale item (even though this was not stated anywhere) and said the best they could do was a 30% refund or 100% store credit.

They sold me a counterfeit “Parke” sweatshirt. The website says it’s in Charlestown and has pictures of American women as the owners and even has fake reviews. The product and customer service is obviously out of the country. Even though their policy said they will give you a refund within 30 days. They would only offer me a partial refund or store credit.

Ordered a seemingly quality clothing item from what looked like a reputable American company. Instead I received a cheap item from Jamaica that the company refuses to allow me to return for refund as their website guarantees. They have offered 10 percent refund.

Business claims to be in Charleston but is overseas. It took item over 2 weeks to ship. It didn’t fit and they would not give me an authorization to return. Only wanted to give me store credit. They quit answering my emails.

Retailer refuses to accept returns although there is a return policy stated on their website. They offer price discounts instead. There’s no disclosure about no returns on their website.
