I purchased pants on www.Karworkwear.com (via shopify). They pants didnt fit and we emailed straight away to ask for a return label. Over 10 emails later they finally said they needed another $11 for a return label. We paid the $11. They emailed a return slip but not the return label. I emailed many times after that with the owner who said her name was Kamron Kron and she apologized said shed get back to us. I emailed more asking for followups. Now we are 4 weeks chasing and zero response. The website has no phone number, The company isnt searchable. THe address looks like a house?
