(07/08/25, 7:14 PM) Deon, this is Kenneth. I was speaking to you on behalf of, uh, counselor Karen Miller, our attorney here. Um, the court order is scheduled for Shelby County as the information is pending, obviously your, your attorney can contact this pharmacy to the message. Obviously we're already aware of your bankruptcy. It has nothing to do with this matter here, and your bankruptcy attorney is no longer in retained under retainer, but sure, um, a reference to this matter 866-576-4770. It's going to be within your better interest to reach out to us before any further mitigation or penalties. Thanks

I received a voice message from Karen Miller 442.333.3980 OR 442.333.3980 to call her back if I needed more information about the reason she was calling me, so I did. I asked to speak with her, and the rep was like No, you can talk to me. His name is Stan or Stanley AND LET ME TELL YOU HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIS RUDE AND TO TOP IT OFF HE THRENETED ME.I was talking to him and either I pay now the full amount now, or they will send me to court and then hang up on me. I called back several times, and there was no answer. When answered, it was the same person, so I would hang up. Finally, he answered and said why do you keep calling me. I told him I was calling to speak with a different rep, and then he just hung up on me again. I left a VM for them to call me back about a complaint on their representative (Stanley), but of course, there was no call back. I called again, and another rep answered and wouldn't give me his name. He had on me speaker and said that is the only way he can talk to me. I asked him for the name of his company and he only have me part of it. He said Delinquent Recovery, however if you google the phone number it comes up as Prompt Recovery Services. I had 2 options with him as well, pay or see me in court. After telling me several times there were my only 2 options then he said they can do installation payments for 3 months, and that was it. At the end he wanted me to pay them $150 now and the rest for 16 months, but before they could send me a document for me to review and agree, I had to do the payment first. He wouldn't let me do that and he would contradict him self a lot. When I confronted him about it, he would say I am the one with the problem because I am not listening to him. Finally, I TOLD HIM TO SEND ME TO COURT. I struggle with anxiety,y and he just made me get sick, so I had to call my doctor.
DO NOT FALL INTO THIS LIE... BECAREFUL...

Received a voice mail from Karen Miller. Phone number: 833-486-0392. Stated she was an attorney and to return call for more info. I called. Man answered. Said he was her associate and he would deal with me. Told me Allegheny County was suing me over a National Cash Advance Loan. Allegheny County only sues over tax or property issues. Man said they put a lien on my property through a local Credit union that I used to have a mortgage at. He said they put a lien on my mortgage. I told him that mortgage was paid off in 2010. He said that was company they were using to put lien on now. You can't lien a mortgage and all liens have to go through Allegheny County Court House, not a credit union. I asked when and where hearing would be he told me wait for court order in mail and hung up. I called back demanding he being the attorney had the information I needed and he said again wait for court order in mail and hung up. He did tell me I could pay the $1,500 or a settlement of $700 something and I declined. I told him I could only spare $25 a month being on social security. He said then we will lien your house until you pay.

they left me a message about loan that i have to pay .

Received an automated message stating my name and that its from Karen Miller calling about a collection account along with leaving an 800 number to call before matters get worse. My credit report does not show of any defaulted accounts now nor in the past. I have Experian, my bank and credit Karma to alert me in such things. And if that ever happens, I'll call companies myself to settle the situation out.

I had someone call me about a loan, but in az you can not go after people with pay day loans. I ask when did this happen, she stated that she was just the mediator and that I would have to wait for the processor to get in contact with me through the courts. And that it would 2500.00 to get that done i told since she could not give me this info not to call my house again and that this was a scam. And hung up. In turn, she did call me back saying that I took out this loan, and it was not a scam and I need to pay it back they did not follow the law when it came to obtaining info. I told do not call me again., I have not gotten a letter or nothing in the mail from this law firm at all. It also shows spam call on my caller ID. as well. A lot of robocalls come in like this. I need something in the mail before I pay anything.

I received a call from this number and had an automated message stating they were a collection's agency (Karen Miller attorney) and stated they were sending a case to arbitration. I called back and they said they needed to collect payment for a payday advance loan my husband obtained in 2016 (illegal in Arizona) and that the account they were attempting to collect from was closed. My husband's two checking accounts (also mine) are still open. I asked the individual to confirm the name of the bank that he had a routing number for. He stated he could not. I released the call and realized that the agency did not state; "this is a collection's agency. all information will be obtained for that purpose" or something like that. I spoke to my husband who confirmed that he did not take out a payday loan. He also reminded me it is not legal in our state, and we verified that changed prior to 2016. I called back. The same thing happened. I informed the individual that there's no way my husband *could have* taken a payday advance loan in 2016 in our state. At this point, the individual asked me if I gave the last representative money. I told him "no". Then he said; "then what's your problem?" and released the call.
